simplifying (some) things

Let it be known. Is it just me - or am I the only one that is tired of trying to keep up with everyones cute blogs? LOL. Maybe everyone else is just super awesome and creative and loves spending countless hours trying to "outdo" everyone else.

I'm not saying that is what you are doing -- I actually love looking at how creative everyone is. I just am realizing... I'm spending WAY TOO MUCH time doing it. I'm sure I could get so much more done around the house and running errands, if I wasn't so invested in trying to make my blog so gosh darn cute. Then, just when I think I got it the way I like it .... everyone is changing up there's, so I feel I need to change mine too. (I am a competitive person at heart.)

So, I'm done. Sure, I'm sure once in a while I will do a cute background ... but I just can't keep doing it anymore for my own sanity level.

So please refrain from leaving me horrible comments on how awful my blog looks (hehe) and just understand, I'M PREGNANT. Any minute (sp? it's supposed to say MY-NOOT, but that doesn't look right!) thing that can cause me to feel a little more sane, is a "good thing" as Martha Stewart would say.

Love you all. I know you wouldn't leave nasty comments (you'd just mutter them under your breath...) That's how I know you are all wonderful true friends. A true friend, knows when to lie.
