Our Sabbath Day

Well, first off, I want to begin this post by telling my sweet husband of  mine, HAPPY 6 MONTH ANNIVERSARY!  It is so strange because it feels like we have been married a lot longer than that - and I mean that in a GOOD way.  It just feels like we have been through a lot together and I can't believe it could be possible to love him more than I do today... however, I know it's gonna happen, because I love him more today than I did 6 months ago.  

Today was a good day.  Ayla was the youth speaker in Sacrament and did an excellent job.  She really does amaze me with the talks that she has prepared.  I wasn't doing that at her age.

She also had her mom, Danielle, come up for the weekend.  Danielle lives down in the Provo area and they rarely get to see one another -- so it was fitting that they got to spend time together today, since Ayla spoke.  :)  She spent the night last night and then went to Sacrament with us.  It was nice to see Ayla SOOOOOO happy.

The downside of the weekend really, was a bit of food poisoning, I reckon.  It hit me hard and fast.  But, sweet  David gave me a back massage and had me sleeping in no time.  I woke up and felt a ton better.

So .... that was our weekend in a nutshell.  Tomorrow starts the beginning of yet another week.  I get worn out just thinking about it.

I still need to clean up from dinner, then bake some cakes, then do the decorating tomorrow with two boys running around!  It's almost like the "Amazing Race" for me.  Seeing if I can function under all of this stress.

Loads and LOADS of fun!  However, not too much longer and we will know what we are having.  :) YAY!
