Yesterday, I was officially 28 weeks pregnant :)
I am now officially in my third and last trimester. This pregnancy has really gone by quick. Overall, I thought, Brax's pregnancy was fast - but it was nothing compared to this!
Our baby is about 14.5 - 16 inches long. And weighs on average about 2.5 lbs. He is starting to open his eyes and his lungs are capable of breathing air. Although, they still need to get stronger.
Apparently, he sleeps in 20-30 min intervals and has a regular schedule now. I will concur and say that he is most active, of course, when I am not :)
It was so funny, I went to the dentist last week and had a tooth worked on that needed work for a while now -- when the dr. started drilling, the baby jumped and my stomach looked like a waterbed. I think he was trying to figure out what in the world was going on. It was funny.
David caught the second picture of me when I wasn't ready -- But,
it is kind of cute the more I look at it.
I am definitely starting to feel pregnant. I'm not super uncomfortable yet, but I can see it approaching soon.
I think Brax is starting to realize that a BIG change is coming because he keeps saying, "I need you" a lot and he wanted me to rock him to sleep last night, "just like a baby."
I haven't done that in a LONG time but enjoyed EVERY minute of it!!!
Oh My Gosh! You are seriously one of the most adorable pregnant women I have ever seen! I WISH I looked that good when I was pregnant. I'm glad to hear that things are going so well for you still. Can't wait to see pics of that cute little boy in a few months.
ReplyDeleteHoly cow!! Only 82 days to go!! Holy cow...and I am not too far behind you!! I think the time has gone pretty fast too! Again... you look so good. I feel as big as a freakin house! I REALLY am going to call you SOON.. we need to go to lunch!
