HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!

Well, yesterday was David and my first anniversary!

It was WONDERFUL.

The day started off with him and Ben going hiking. They left about 10:30 in the morning. I was able to get Malachi back to sleep and slept until around 1:30. (I know!)

I awoke and heard someone walking up the steps. I wondered is it Ayla? Is it Ben? Then I saw the GIGANTIC flowers. It was my HUNNIE and he had the BIGGEST BOUQUET of flowers for me. And he even got Gerber Daisies :) My favorite. It actually looked a lot like my wedding bouquet only much, MUCH bigger!

We then headed to Provo to a wedding reception of one of the guys that used to work for him a few years ago.

Headed back to Salt Lake and ate at THE ROOF at the Joseph Smith Memorial building. Oh me. OH MY! That meal was to die for.

We've eaten there just one other time for Valentine's and I love it. It's pretty pricey - but we don't eat there everyday. We figured we could splurge a little. We are already planning on going there for our next anniversary too!

Anyway, I love you, David. Thank you for everything that you do. I'm so grateful for all that you do for me and the kids. I'm SO glad I found you!
